Who is Anna Yogita?
Yoga teacher trained in India, Anna has been passionate about the world of yoga for several years. Thanks to travels and her moments of life abroad, she discovered the discipline with a panel of colors impregnated with several shades (especially between India, France, Argentina and South East Asia).
She offers practices that can be adapted to each body by giving variations so that each practitioner feels comfortable and benefits from the discipline step by step.
Initially trained in hatha yoga and yin yoga, Anna, then has been trained with Dr. Bernadette Degasquet to offer prenatal and postnatal yoga practices to women in the perinatal period. Then, she completed her training in yoga for children, for women and their menstrual cycle as well as in therapeutic yoga.
Her key words: pleasure, softness and feelings.
