Welcome to “Introduction to Cycle Syncing”, a program co-produced with Aurélie Monteiro, a fitness and nutrition coach specializing in women’s support. Following the “Cycle Syncing” method (which is all about tracking your menstrual cycle), Aurélie guides you through this approach to fitness training focusing on aligning your workouts with your cycle. For each phase, our expert advices a series of classes that respect and use the natural fluctuations of your hormones (moods, cravings, energy levels). Let yourself be guided or tailor it to your preferences.
- Menstruation phase: start with calm sessions centered around meditation and mobility. If you feel a boost of energy, you can switch to more energetic activities like soft yoga or dancing.
- Follicular phase: it’s the perfect time to energize your activity with cardio, fitness, dance, or exploring new disciplines.
- Ovulation phase: focus on more intense workouts with high-energy and challenging sessions.
- Luteal phase : prioritize serenity with gentle activities such as yoga, meditation, Pilates, or soft dancing.
